Executive Assembly
Oran, Algeria, November 20-24
The World Energy Council’s governing body, the Executive Assembly, meets annually in the third quarter of the year. In 2011, the Executive Assembly will meet in Oran, Algeria from the 20th to the 24th of November.

Oran, the second largest city in Algeria is located at 450 km west of Algiers. It is also a region which economy and trade are booming, with major industrial areas which includes several large energy infrastructures, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant, refinery, petrochemical plants, power plants, etc.
