The Future Energy Leaders Community is a WEC initiative that was created in the wake of the highly successful Youth Programme at the 2007 World Energy Congress. Aiming to develop an international network of energy leaders, WEC is comitted to building on the potential  and ideas of the younger generation to generate the energy solutions for tomorrow.
