Survey of Energy Resources 2007 launched on 19th September

The WEC global study, the Survey of Energy Resources 2007, was launched at a special press event in London. This study is a unique comprehensive compilation of global energy resources. Complementing the BP Statistical Review and the World Energy Outlook, it details 16 key energy resources with the latest data provided by 96 WEC Member Committees worldwide.

Organised into chapters covering each of the major traditional and renewable energy types, the study presents a blend of expert commentary and comprehensive data. The complete study and executive summaries are available to download in PDF format, and to browse online.

In advance of the Rome 2007 Congress, the survey data will be inputted into a custom database search engine to offer visitors to the WEC website the ability to search and contrast the underlying data.
