Logistics Bottlenecks

This study is to examine the infrastructure required to move energy across international boundaries in the types and quantities projected to meet future energy requirements. The goal is to identify policies that will help ensure a stable and sustainable global energy system and the investments required. Related issues such as land and construction equipment availability will also be examined. A report is planned in mid-2010.
