The study examines four specific vulnerabilities that are serious hindrances to the achievement of the WEC 3 A's. These vulnerabilities are: Human Resource Availability, Manufacturing Bottlenecks, Water for Energy, and Logistics Capabilities. The objective is to provide important information for decision makers in industry, governments and development institutions highlighting the risks to energy and social sustainability from these vulnerabilities.
