Manufacturing Bottlenecks sub-group

How can suppliers better plan the technology development and equipment requirements to meet expected requirements in critical parts of energy systems (e,g., reactor vessels, turbines, electrical transmission cables) and minimise the time between project planning and the delivers of clean energy services? What policies and investments are required?
