Deliverables

The Initiative team will deliver a report at Montreal Congress in September 2010. The key deliverables may include detailing of various elements of action plan and recommendations for implementation of initiative. The report may also address the following aspects-

1. The bottom-up approach for Energy Poverty Alleviation
2. Institutional set up for implementation
3. Research, Development and Technology support
4. Consultative & Advisory Services
5. Financing options

The deliverables may also include case studies of successful energy poverty alleviation programmes and replicable implementation models may be suggested. WEC may explore identification of initial funding arrangements and partners to launch the initiative may be launched at the Montreal Congress.
