Methodology and Timeline

The initiative shall be launched in September 2009. Asian Member Committees may nominate their representatives on EPI and also prepare/compile issues/strategies/policy and case studies relevant to their country/region for inclusion in the report. The MCs may also consider hosting regional workshops to deliberate on region specific issues and knowledge sharing. Member committees and regional committees may submit their reports and recommendations by early 2010. The first draft of the report shall be compiled and sent out to regional / member committees for their comments and observations by early 2010 and the final report shall be completed by September 2010 and presented at Montreal Congress.
