Poverty Alleviation for Asia (SEPAA)

Dear SEPAA Team member,

This refers to our earlier correspondence regarding WEC Initiative on “Sustainable Energy Poverty Alleviation for all”.  I trust by now you would have studied the TOR and would have some definite suggestions to take the initiative forward.  I suggest that we can start with compiling of available information as per the survey questionnaire and then follow up with a teleconference sometime in May 2010 to crystallize our thoughts and finalise the draft structure of report. May I request you to kindly organize to provide relevant information as per the survey questionnaire to the extent possible and return by 30th April 2010 so that a draft agenda for the teleconference circulated early May.  I also seek your views and support for organizing a meeting of this Initiative supported by your Member Committee sometime later this year.
We have done a similar excercise for India and I shall be separately sharing it with you for reference.
