Regional Programme

The WEC Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Programme is led by Mr. Norberto de Franco Medeiros, WEC Vice-Chair for the region and Chairman of the Brazilian Member Committee. The Regional Manager is Ms. Gloria Pina.

A Regional Action Plan for Latin America & the Caribbean in  the 2008-2010 Work Programme is currently under development, details will be announced once initial meetings have taken place in April 2008.
