Regional Programme

The WEC Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Programme is led by Dr. José Antonio Vargas Lleras, WEC Vice-Chair for the region and Chairman of the Colombian Member Committee. The Regional Manager is Ms. Gloria Pina.

An important regional meeting was held as part of the 2010 World Energy Congress in Montreal, Canada. A report is now  available for download. ( PDF File, 6844KB)
