• World Energy Efficiency Association
  The World Energy Efficiency Association (WEEA) is a private, non-profit organization of developed and developing country institutions and individuals charged with increasing energy efficiency. It was formed to act as an information clearing house and to assist developing countries with access to information on energy efficiency. Contains a wealth of links to web resources.

• IEA Energy Efficiency Division
  The IEA Energy Efficiency Policy Analysis Division helps governments design effective energy efficiency policies by gathering and disseminating information, conducting policy analysis and facilitating international cooperation.

• US DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
  Lots of links to sites, statistics and organisations covering energy efficiency in the fields of buildings, industry, power and transport.

• ODYSSEE is a project between ADEME, the EIE programme of the European Commission/DGTREN and energy efficiency agencies, or their representative, in the EU- 25, Norway and Bulgaria that started in 1993  and rely on a comprehensive database that contain, on the one hand, detailed data on the energy consumption drivers by end-use and sub-sector and, on the other hand, energy efficiency and CO2 related indicators. The network of national teams updates the data regularly. The ODYSSEE database is managed by ENERDATA.
   

• MURE is a data base on energy efficiency policies and mesures covering all EU countries, Norway and Bulgaria. MURE is coordinated by ADEME and sponsored by the EIE programme of the European Commission/DGTREN and EU energy efficiency agencies or their representatives.
