Mr. Oleg Budargin became the World Energy Council’s Vice Chair Responsibility for Regional Development in October 2013. He is also Director General of JSC “Russian Grids”.
Philip Church is responsible for identifying and researching opportunities to engage new Partners and to deepen engagement with our current stakeholders.
Talita Covre leads the engagement with the Council’s global community to build insights on the key issues that feed into the Issues Monitor transition tool.
Jean-Marie Dauger has served several positions within Gaz de France, including Chief Operating Officer, and since the merger of Gaz de France and Suez, with GDF SUEZ, then ENGIE
Katharine Dedezade coordinates the office of the CEO and COO supporting governance, member relations, business and network development, and operations.
Kate Dourian is responsible for supporting the member committees in the MEGS region and developing and strengthening relationships with national and regional stakeholders.
Rami Fakhoury provides support to the Insights team, with a special focus on Scenarios and Policy & Risk.
Dr. Fall coordinates activities and events of World Energy Council Member Committees in Africa.
Since joining the World Energy Council in 2009, Dr Frei’s priorities have been to mobilise international energy leaders and decision-makers to work together towards building a sustainable future.
