Ali Ousseini Seybou is an Electrical Engineer and also Telecom Network Engineer. He is an Entrepreneur in the field of Solar Energy since 2015 just after his higher studies in Abidjan-Cote d'Ivoire. He is from Niger. His Company Sahel Electronic offers Green Energy Solution to the Nigerien population at low cost, easy to use, and accessible to everyone.  He is an Alumni of several International Organizations such as Yali Dakar-Senegal; The African Cup of Entrepreneurs in Egypt; The Tony Elumelu Foundation / UNDP (Nigeria); The winner of the Niger Business Plans Competition; The project NESAP-World Bank for the promotion of solar energy in rural Niger; The DESFERS Project (Economic and Social Development of Rural Women through Solar Energy).  He has a very proven experience with the various international NGOs based in Niger such as:WFP; IOM; ACTED; United Nations System Agencies; Marie Stopes International; Population Services International; CISLS; Water Aid; Search For Common Ground. He speaks English; French; Arabic, Chinese and 2 national languages. 

In Niger less than 1% of the rural population have access to electricity and more than 50% of the energy consumed in Niger is purchased from neighboring Nigeria. Sahel Electronique was created in 2015 just after my graduate studies in Abidjan-Cote d´Ivoire to solve the electricity problem in Niger. We provide low cost portable, residential and irrigation solar kits that are easy to install and accessible to everyone through the PAYG (Pay As you Go) system.  These clients are mainly the rural population of Niger.
