Dana Declaro

Vice President, Energy & Power

Dana is a Vice President with Marsh's regional Energy & Power Specialty team in Singapore. She started her career with Marsh in the Philippines in 2008, working in various roles including as an Assistant Client Manager for energy clients until the end of 2015. She moved to Singapore in 2016 to join the regional Marsh Private Equity and M&A team. In this role, she worked with corporate, private equity, and project finance clients to deliver various risk & insurance solutions for infrastructure sponsors and project finance lenders. In January 2020, she officially moved to the Energy & Power team to support the development, implementation, and management of risk and insurance programs for Marsh's energy & power clients. She considers this latest move in her career as a return to her first love, the infrastructure space. Dana now works with various energy & power clients globally and helps them in the development and implementation of their corporate risk & insurance strategies. She joined the FEL 100 programme to involve herself more in the industry as she gets surrounded by the brightest young minds in the energy & power sector. She looks forward to having her ideas and beliefs about the industry challenged by her new peers.
