Senior Environmental Specialist, The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation
Patil Mesrobian is a Senior Environmental Specialist at the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation since 2014. She leads the project coordination of the BUILD_ME Phase II in partnership with Guidehouse. The project aims at increasing the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building sector in Lebanon. Moreover, Patil leads on the ESCO qualification scheme at LCEC. She is also coordinating the activities of the Lebanon Committee of the World Energy Council hosted by the LCEC with the World Energy Council in London. Patil is the Secretary of the board of the 18 Future Energy Leaders of Lebanon (FELL-18) programme and the Treasurer of the Board of the Lebanon Committee of the World Energy Council. Patil recently expanded her expertise in digital marketing and is involved in the social media platforms’ management of the LCEC. Patil is also part of the Technical Support Unit to the Central Bank of Lebanon, leading on the technical and financial evaluation of sustainability projects as part of the LEA (Lebanese Environmental Action) financing mechanism.
Patil is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a LEED Green Associate. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Energy Studies at the American University of Beirut and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Public Health from the same university.
