In 2013, at 21 years old, Oussama obtained a Double Diploma - Master Civil Engineering Degree in Electro Mechanics (Aeronautics) from Polytechnic School - Faculty of Applied Sciences at University of Brussels (ULB) and from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Since 2020, he is the CEO and the Co-founder of Advanced Third Age Renewable Energy Company (ATAREC) and the co-inventor of Wave Beat, a patented solution that produces green wave energy which is already prototyped and installed in Tanger Med Port as the first solution producing marine energy in Morocco. Since 2017 until now, he is also the Project & Concession Contracts Manager of Tanger Med 2 Port, which represents a total infrastructure investment of 2.5 BUSD. He is also expert in Port Equipment within Tanger Med Engineering.  Between 2013 and 2017, he was Electromechanical Design Engineer and Nuclear Energy Safety Officer within Tractebel Engie. He had a rich experience in design, risk assessment and regulatory framework of nuclear projects in Belgium, France, United Kingdom and Turkey. He is certified by International Project Management Association in Project Engineering & Management, by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy in Container Terminal Operations & Management and by European Control Services in Atmospheres Explosives (ATEX) & Environment and in Safety for Operational Supervisors. 

ATAREC (Advanced Third Age Renewable Energy Company), a Moroccan start-up, which reduces the environmental footprint and the energy bill of its clients by upgrading its assets with an optimized investment, thanks to its innovative solutions of energy efficiency, renewable energies and their applications; in particular its first patented solution in wave energy 'Wave Beat', developed with the support of Tangier Med.
