Dr Ibrahim Al-Muhanna
Dr Ibrahim Al-Muhanna is the World Energy Council Vice Chair for the Gulf States/Middle East. He is also Adviser to the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia.
Dr Al-Muhanna has a BA in Mass Communication/Journalism from King Saud University, an MA in Journalism from Southern Illinois University and a Ph.D. in International Relations from the American University. Dr Al-Muhanna has a long career in academics and public services.
Dr. Al-Muhanna has also published numerous articles (academic and non-academic) in both Arabic and English.
