Patricia Vincent-Collawn

Patricia Vincent-Collawn is Chairman and CEO of PNM Resources, the parent company for utilities PNM in New Mexico and TNMP in Texas.  She has 30 years of experience in the energy business.  Prior to PNM Resources, Vincent-Collawn was at Xcel Energy and Arizona Public Service.  Vincent-Collawn also held management positions with Price Waterhouse, and Quaker Oats.

Pat is active as a key influencer and advocate for the energy industry.  She served as the first female chairman of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI).  Internationally, she was appointed Co-Chair of the B20 Italy 2021 Energy & Resource Efficiency Task Force.

Pat serves on the boards of NEIL (Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited) as chair, Equitrans Midstream Corporation (NYSE:ETRN), and Cheniere Energy (NYSE:LNG).

Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism (magna cum laude) from Drake University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
