Navigating Energy Pathways for the Baltic Sea Region

On Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at the House of Science, University of Latvia, Jelgavas street 3, Riga, Latvia.

The conference will bring together energy leaders, policymakers, business innovators, and civil society to chart practical pathways for sustainable transformation. 

Confirmed participants include the Chair of the World Energy Council, the Founding Director General of IRENA, the Chief Executive Officer of COP 28, and the Vice-President of the European Parliament.

The event will also bring together energy ministers from the Baltic Sea countries, senior representatives from the US Department of Energy, the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER), as well as leaders from major energy companies, municipalities, and civil society.
