Future Energy Leaders Summit 2025: “The Future of Energy in a Changing World"

The energy sector continues to be marked by major challenges, located at the intersection of the energy transition, geopolitical tensions and the need for security and resilience. In a European context that focuses on achieving the 2030 targets and building a decarbonised, stable and affordable energy system, the young generation of leaders has a key role to play in shaping tomorrow's solutions.
FEL Summit 2025 brings to the fore the contribution of young professionals to shaping energy policies, in an open dialogue with representatives of the private sector, academia, government and international organizations. Topics such as resilience and energy security, the adaptability of energy systems to new realities, technological innovation and the preparation of future leaders in the field will be addressed.
The event will facilitate the identification of concrete solutions to the current challenges of the energy transition, through collaboration between decision-makers, experts and the new generation of energy leaders. At the same time, the summit will strengthen a network of intergenerational dialogue and will highlight the importance of continuous training and active involvement of young people in shaping European and national energy policies.
