Women in Energy: Equal leadership for a just energy transition

Organised by World Energy Council Italy

On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, from 18:00 -19:00 (CET) in Rome.

World Energy Council Italy is hosting the talk "Equal leadership for a just energy transition. Women's empowerment as a strategic lever for development", organised as part of the "Women in Energy" program for the promotion of women's inclusivity in the energy sector.

The event is being held at the Edison headquarters in Via del Quirinale 26 and aims to offer a space for discussion between institutions, companies, universities and professionals in the sector to reflect on policies, practices and concrete actions capable of enhancing female talent in the world of energy.

During the meeting, the Women in Energy Manifesto will also be presented, the result of a participatory process promoted by World Energy Council Italia, which collects visions and proposals to make the energy sector increasingly fair and inclusive.
