Caroline has over 25 years of experience hosting and moderating corporate events, working with the most renowned companies and industry associations in the country and the region. With a broad background in media and audiences across all types of industries, she serves as master of ceremonies, guiding the flow of the most prestigious events and galas in the country.

Caroline brings over 25 years of experience in journalism and broadcasting, with a distinguished career spanning television, radio, and international media. She spent 15 years as a news anchor, covering major global events such as presidential elections, international summits, papal conclaves, and regional forums.

For a decade, Caroline hosted Perfiles 360, where she conducted in-depth interviews with CEOs and business leaders from across the region. She made history as the first woman to present a documentary for the international network The History Channel, and she currently hosts the documentary series Historias del Istmo. She has also taken the stage as a TEDx speaker with her talk, “Are great communicators born or made?”, sharing insights from her career at the intersection of media, communication, and leadership.
