Luiz Carlos Ciocchi

With over 40 years of leadership experience, Luiz Carlos Ciocchi has held CEO and board-level positions in major Brazilian energy companies such as Furnas, ONS, EMAE, and AES. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Brazilian Committee of the World Energy Council (World Energy Council Brazil). His expertise spans strategic planning, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance in capital-intensive sectors. Ciocchi holds a degree in Electronic Engineering (FEI), a postgraduate degree in Business and International Relations (FGV), and executive education in strategic management from institutions including the University of Michigan, Darden, Caltech, and Columbia University.
