Her international career spans Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia, where she has led complex, high-value initiatives across corporate and advisory roles.
Pat is known for her ability to drive sustainable growth by translating complex technical and business strategies into actionable outcomes. She has held P&L responsibility and brings deep expertise in business strategy, project execution, governance, stakeholder relations, and commercial negotiations. Her board-level insight and understanding of global market dynamics position her as a trusted advisor to energy companies navigating transition and innovation. A Chemical Engineer with an MBA and a Certified Director (Institute of Directors South Africa), Pat was named one of the Top 50 Pan African Female Leaders in Energy in 2022 for her thought leadership and impact across the continent. A passionate advocate for gender equity, Pat serves as Southern Africa Chair and Board Member of Lean In Equity & Sustainability and is the founder of the Lean In Network: Southern Africa Leaders.
