Thomas TerBush
Vice President, Member & Technical Services, Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI)
Tom TerBush is EPRI’s vice president of Member & Technical Services and serves as President of EPRI International. He is accountable for EPRI’s overall funding and collaborative engagement with members and partner organizations in the United States and over 45 other countries in support of EPRI’s mission to drive innovation to ensure the public has safe, reliable, affordable, and clean energy around the globe.
Since joining EPRI in 1997, TerBush has held a wide range of positions in Europe, Asia, and North America involving economics, nuclear, power delivery, sales, marketing, and technology transfer. Prior to joining EPRI, he worked with U.S. and Japanese organizations on energy economics, technology, and deregulation.
TerBush has a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University, where he developed expertise in energy economics and the interplay of energy regulation, energy markets, and economic performance.
