Carla Broussy

Carla Broussy is Government Relations Manager at the World Energy Council, where she supports government engagement across the Council’s global network, programmes and flagship events. 

Prior to joining the Council, she led development and humanitarian programmes in geographies spanning Europe, Africa and Asia. Her experience centres on stakeholder engagement, institutional coordination and cross-cultural diplomacy in complex operational environments.

She holds degrees in International Relations and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and speaks English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic.
