Cliodhna O’Flaherty-Mouscadet

Cliodhna O’Flaherty-Mouscadet is Associate Director, Partners. Cliodhna manages the relationships with a wide range of key Partner organisations globally from the World Energy Council Secretariat in London.  

She is responsible for overseeing and strengthening Partner involvement in all aspects of the Council’s network, work programmes and global events. Additionally, she helps develop new business opportunities to further enhance the Council’s engagement with the private sector. Before moving to the UK, Cliodhna lived in Ireland, France, Romania and Algeria, and she speaks English and French fluently.
