Rachelle Cooper Kulkarni

Rachelle is a Senior Manager in the Insights team at the Council. Her primary responsibility is supporting the upgrade and integration of foresight tools across our global members and network, particularly the Horizon Scanning and Scenario tools, to deliver timely and informative insights for the energy transition.

Prior to joining the Global Secretariat, Rachelle worked in the energy sector in the South Australian government and a First Nations organisation, overseeing project delivery, grassroots solutions, policy and foresight. Her career spans government and private-sector roles across the globe in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

She has a Masters in Sustainability and Adaptation from the Centre for Alternative Technology (UK), and a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Spanish from Flinders University (Australia) and BA International Studies and Arts from Adelaide University (Australia), and speaks English, Spanish, French, and basic Hindi.
