Tanvi Varma

Tanvi is a Manager, Marketing and Communications at the Council, where she works across the Council and Congress/events portfolios to shape integrated marketing and engagement strategies. Her role focuses on bringing together communications, campaigns, and convenings to amplify the impact of the Council’s work and strengthen connections across its global community.

Before joining the Council, she was the Marketing and Events Lead at Future Green Global. There, she led the organisation’s integrated marketing and communications function, delivering sustainability-focused workshops, digital campaigns, and events and event-driven networking. 

Tanvi completed an MSc in Environment, Politics and Development at SOAS, University of London in 2024. She completed her undergraduate studies in Hong Kong, where she lived for five years, before moving to London in 2023. Originally from New Delhi, India, she brings a global perspective to her work and speaks English and Hindi fluently.
