WORLD ENERGY COUNCIL REMEMBERS HONOURABLE MINISTER MR. PETER BHEMBE OF ESWATINI

World Energy Council and its worldwide membership community mourn the loss of Mr. Peter Bhembe, Honourable Minister of Natural Resources, Eswatini. We offer our sincerest condolences to Mr. Bhembe’s wife and three children, six grandchildren, his friends, the people of Eswatini, and the Eswatini government.

Mr. Bhembe was well respected amongst his peers - he was recognised as a man of few words, yet his impact was far-reaching. His dedication in serving the people of Eswatini will surely never be forgotten. As Chair of the World Energy Council Eswatini Member Committee, he was dedicated and committed to the Council’s Humanising Energy vision.

The World Energy Council has lost a great man and he will be sorely missed by the Council’s members, and, above all, by those who knew and worked alongside him.
