The World Energy Council congratulates Younghoon David Kim, Chairman and CEO of Daesung Group and Honorary Chair of the World Energy Council, on his award of an Honorary Doctor of Science and Technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

This doctorate recognises the years he spent in service to the World Energy Council as well as membership of APEC Business Advisory Council, and for his role as head of one of Korea’s oldest energy conglomerates.
