Rachel Melton is a Senior Operations Compliance Analyst at the California ISO, where she leads the coordination of data exchange with regulators, customers, and neighboring entities as well as metric analysis for the Reliability Coordinator footprint. She is passionate about learning and engaging with others on how to improve business processes in the energy sector. Rachel graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an emphasis in renewable energy. She is currently attaining her Master in Business Administration with an emphasis in project management at Fayetteville State University.
