Romania: Future Energy Leaders Women in Energy 5th Edition Conference
The Future Energy Leaders of Romania launched the 5th edition of their Women in Energy conference on December 3, 2025, highlighting the visibility of women professionals in the energy sector and developing a new generation of leaders.
The conference addressed essential themes for the future of the energy sector, exploring the importance of integrating women professionals at all levels across the industry, emphasising how building clean and sustainable pathways towards energy transitions can only happen if the experiences and viewpoints of everyone are integrated.
The discussions followed the professional path of energy leaders and how female management specifically contributes to the evolution of the industry. The event brought together over 100 participants, with the objective of highlighting the importance of gender diversity in decision-making positions and, at the same time, inspiring the new generations of female leaders in energy.
The gala took place simultaneously with the launch of the second edition of the "Women for Women" mentorship programme run by the Future Energy Leaders of Romania.
