Ezequiel Seillant
Business Development Associate, Pluspetrol

Ezequiel Seillant is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires whose work spans the private, public, and development sectors. In 2023, he was awarded the UK Government’s Chevening Scholarship and completed an MSc in Sustainability Transitions at the University of Aberdeen.
Ezequiel began his professional career in corporate finance at P&G. He then transitioned to the upstream oil & gas sector, joining Pluspetrol’s portfolio and strategy team, where he contributed to portfolio optimisation and diversification initiatives beyond oil and gas.
During his time in the UK, Ezequiel worked as a consultant for the Aberdeen City Council and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), researching economic, social, and technical barriers to energy transition in regions such as the UK, Africa, and South Asia.
Ezequiel is currently a Business Development Associate within Pluspetrol’s energy transition team, supporting the economic assessment of mining and sustainable fuels projects across North and Latin America. His diverse professional experience and solid academic background give him a holistic understanding of today’s energy challenges and opportunities, making him a strong candidate for the FEL programme.
