Joanie is an Infrastructure Investments professional at UBS Asset Management in Zurich. In her role, she sources and conducts due diligence on infrastructure investments globally, across sectors including energy. Prior to joining UBS, she held various roles in the finance industry and notably worked on the audits of leading Commodity Trading, Oil & Gas, and Shipping companies. Her first internship was at a local power utility, and since then, she has developed a strong interest in the energy sector.

She holds an MSc in Energy Policy with Distinction from the University of Sussex and a BSc in International Management from HEG Geneva. She has also completed the CFA in ESG Investing.

Joanie is passionate about increasing energy access, sustainability, and affordability. She is also keen to support the creation of blended finance solutions to attract more private capital and close the energy access and sustainability gaps.
