Maloum Divina Stella is a renewable energy transition specialist with over seven years of leadership driving sustainable energy access in Africa's most fragile contexts. As World Bank Climate Ambassador, she designed decentralized renewable frameworks for 200 youth leaders across the Sahel, advising on $10M climate finance allocation. Her UNCCD role coordinated 25-country energy-land restoration policies, authoring three influential reports and leading coordination for 500 energy professionals. Stella pioneered 575 green energy jobs through Children for Peace's sustainable energy program, training 50,000 youth via 455 decentralized platforms reaching 8 million people. She co-authored two global policies linking clean energy to ecosystem restoration as a UN Decade Task Force member while developing energy-conflict mediation frameworks protecting 5,000 youth in resource-scarce zones. A certified World Bank Climate Ambassador and UN Youth Champion for Energy & Disarmament, Stella holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Yaoundé II. Her Africa 35.35 award and International Children Peace Prize recognize her fragile-state energy innovation. Based in Yaoundé, she commits 20+ days annually to World Energy Council leadership.
