Michelle is on a mission to import and export the solutions for a just energy transition to and from South Australia- and beyond. As Innovation Development Manager at SA Power Networks - the sole electricity distribution grid in South Australia - I pursue that mission by empowering our people to accelerate development of new solutions to address emerging opportunities that evolve the power grid to ensure clean, reliable and affordable access. I'm proud to work on a grid with the highest levels of Variable Renewable Energy in the world!

I am driven by solving the global Sustainable Development Goals. Amidst previous work at Telstra and the World Economic Forum, I also hosted podcasts, ran community events, and facilitate youth and energy discussions on global stages, notably; at the IRENA Assembly in Abu Dhabi, the World Economic Forum 'Summer Davos' in China, and industry events like Smart Energy Australia, Energy Networks Australia, and the Australian EV Association. I also serve the global youth community on the Global Shapers Advisory Council, leading the Impact Strategy for 60+ hubs across the Asia-Pacific Region.
