Miriam Randolph-Akushie

Miriam Randolph-Akushie is a Consultant at McKinsey & Company in their Global Energy Practice. Prior to that, she was a Well Completions Project Engineer at Halliburton for Deep-water offshore operations in Africa. Her expertise spans project, product and supply chain management, delivering strategic solutions in challenging environments. As an MIT Legatum Fellow, she worked on building a venture to provide affordable alternative energy solutions in Ghana. Miriam also cofounded HerEnergy Africa to foster women's participation in the energy sector, including a project that teaches engineering skills to high school girls. She holds a Petroleum Engineering degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
