Energy Specialist, Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE)

Mohammad Saad is an energy and sustainability professional with experience in clean energy policy, stakeholder engagement, and energy equity in Lebanon and the MENA region. He currently works as an Energy Specialist at RCREEE, where he supports regional initiatives through policy and market research, stakeholder coordination, and the development of knowledge products related to energy transition and climate priorities. He is also a Future Energy Leader of Lebanon with the World Energy Council, contributing to national energy transition dialogue and environmental sustainability efforts. Mohammad holds an MSc in Management and Corporate Sustainability from Cranfield University, where his thesis explored how smart and sustainable energy technologies can support the achievement of SDGs 7, 8, and 13 in Lebanon. His experience also includes research and consulting roles with Avesta Group, as well as sustainability-related academic work at the American University of Beirut. His professional certifications include the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and training in GRI Standards, supported by strong analytical skills and experience in sustainability-focused research.
