Naim Kayabolen works in the CEO Office at Sabancı Holding, one of Türkiye’s largest conglomerates, where he works one-on-one with the CEO, providing the analysis and strategic intelligence that feeds into major investment, portfolio, and growth decisions, with particular focus on the group’s energy and climate technologies businesses. Sabancı operates across the full energy value chain in Türkiye and internationally, from large-scale power generation and electricity distribution to renewable energy expansion and climate tech investments. Prior to this role, Naim spent over four years in the Turkish energy sector as an energy analyst and data scientist, working across trading, generation forecasting, and portfolio optimization, collaborating closely with multiple business units to turn data into actionable market strategies. He graduated from Özyeğin University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering on a full scholarship, ranking in the top 0.3% nationally. He has been an active Young Energy Leader at World Energy Council Türkiye for over a year, contributing to national working groups on energy transition and the role of AI in shaping the future of energy systems.
