Raluca Gabor is an Advisor to the Board of Future Energy Leaders Romania and has been active in FEL Romania since 2022, including serving as an elected Board Member for two consecutive terms and contributing to the organisation’s major programmes and advocacy initiatives. She is a lawyer at Kinstellar in Bucharest in a counsel position, with more than 12 years of experience advising on complex energy matters. Her work spans the full project lifecycle, from development and permitting to financing, operation, transactions and regulatory strategy, across renewables, oil and gas, nuclear-related structures, PPAs, etc. Her expertise has been recognised by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star Partner for Energy (2025). Raluca is admitted to the Bucharest Bar (2013) and is an active member of the AIJA (Young Lawyers Association) Energy and Environment Commission and the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee.
