Subah Majid Alkhaldi works in the Project Management Team of Al-Jafurah mega-project, the jewel of the unconventional gas program, handling critical material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and purchase orders for Al-Jafurah and he simply enjoys reading & listening to energy-related discussions.
Subah leads the project execution and manages multiple EPC contractor teams & worldwide supplier teams (+30 engineers) for rotating machinery and package project orders. Recognizing that technical knowledge alone is insufficient, Subah enhances his approach by incorporating practical tools in supplier management, quality control, and stakeholder engagement throughout project execution stages.
Subah is a dynamic communicator who has represented Saudi Arabia in several international forums, including the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Youth Delegation Program, the U.S. Department of State's Saudi Young Leaders Exchange Program (SYLEP 2.0) focusing on climate change, and the AI for Good Summit in Switzerland. Additionally, he has been recognised as an international speaker through the MiSK Foundation's Ignited Voice Program.
Subah is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and has obtained the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Mechanical certificate.
