She has worked at the interface of public institutions, multilateral organisations, and the private sector, contributing to policy-relevant analysis, institutional initiatives, and evidence-based strategies aligned with international mandates.
Her professional experience includes direct engagement with intergovernmental and multilateral processes through organisations such as International Renewable Energy Agency, the G20 Brazil Presidency (Civil Group, C20 Brazil), Global Shapers Community, and Future Energy Leaders Portugal, supporting initiatives related to renewable energy deployment, just energy transition, and climate policy. She brings a strong ability to translate technical expertise into actionable inputs that inform decision-making and multi-stakeholder dialogue.
Thaynara has a technical background in renewable energy and energy systems, including the development and regulatory support of large-scale solar projects (460+ MWp in Brazil and 195 MWp in Portugal), environmental impact assessment, climate risk analysis, and energy policy.
