This Colombia Member Committee-led initiative, 'Heroes of the Energy Transition', was launched to address the critical shortage of skilled professionals in the energy sector by inspiring and train new generations to lead the future of energy.

The program emphasises collaboration among World Energy Council committees to replicate the model globally, ensuring that the mission of Humanising Energy becomes a shared responsibility. By fostering education and engagement, the project aims to create a sustainable workforce capable of driving innovation and inclusivity in energy transitions.
