Panama: STEM Youth Technology Camp
Panama’s 'STEM Youth Technology Camp' is a six-week immersive program aimed at empowering youth through STEM education. The camp combines AI-enabled mathematics, Arduino prototyping, and soft skills training with industry immersion experiences. Participants work on projects related to electric mobility, solar and wind energy, and waste-to-biogas conversion.
The initiative seeks to increase youth participation in engineering, strengthen university-industry pipelines, and create a replicable model for other national member committees to use, ultimately contributing to a skilled global workforce for the energy sector.
